Picking up keys and checking in
Vacation Time does check-in at its office. Check-in times run from 4 PM until the office closes at 5:30 PM; if you will arrive later, call by 4 PM that day to arrange it. Keys are issued at the registration desk against a credit card imprint, and check-out is at 10 AM with keys, fobs and amenity cards returned to the office. Vacation Time of HHI takes a 50% deposit at booking and the balance 30 days before arrival. Pets are generally not allowed, with a handful of dog-friendly homes as the exception.
