To be plain about it: there is no bowling alley on Hilton Head Island. Station 300, the bowling center islanders and visitors use, is in nearby Bluffton, at 25 Innovation Drive, about a 25-minute drive off the island. It is worth the trip for a rainy day, a birthday or an evening the beach cannot cover.

What Station 300 Has

• A grill and a bar, so dinner and drinks happen at the lane.

Station 300 also hosts birthday parties and group events. It stays open late: until 11 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday and until midnight Thursday through Saturday.

Getting There From Hilton Head
