Hilton Head All Inclusive

Hilton Head has no Caribbean-style all-inclusive resort. One wellness resort includes meals, and these stays come closest.

The one all-inclusive resort

Hilton Head Health is the only place on the island that sells an all-inclusive stay. It is a wellness and weight loss resort for adults, not a beach resort.

Hilton Head Health

An adults-only wellness resort where the rate covers your room, meals, classes and talks. The shortest stay is three days.

The closest you can get

These resorts sell rooms with a bundled amenity or a golf or dining package rather than everything included. Read what each package covers before you book.

The Inn & Club at Harbour Town

Sea Pines’ boutique hotel, which sells stay-and-play offers and packages through its own site.

Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island

A beachfront resort with five places to eat and drink; its nightly resort fee covers parking, Wi-Fi and pool facilities, not meals.

Why there is only one

All-inclusive on Hilton Head doesn’t mean what it means in the Caribbean. No beach resort here charges one price for room, unlimited food and drinks, and activities. The island’s resorts sell a room, and you pay for meals at the resort’s restaurants or at the many restaurants nearby.

What comes closest is a package, a room plus a set of things bundled in: golf, a spa credit, a dining credit or a family activity pass. These change by season, so the resort’s own site is the place to check what a package covers today.

To keep food costs down, look at a villa or vacation rental with a full kitchen, or a resort suite with a kitchenette, and eat a few meals in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are there all-inclusive resorts in Hilton Head?

Not in the beach-resort sense. Hilton Head Health sells an all-inclusive stay that covers room, meals, classes and talks, but it is a wellness resort for adults. No island beach resort includes meals and drinks in one price.

What is the closest thing to an all-inclusive in Hilton Head?

A resort package. Sea Pines and other resorts sell room-and-golf or room-and-dining offers, and golf stay-and-play deals bundle rounds with the room. Check what each one includes.

Are there all-inclusive resorts near Hilton Head?

We haven’t found one in the Lowcountry. The all-inclusive beach resorts people picture are in the Caribbean and Mexico.

Is Hilton Head Health suitable for a regular beach vacation?

Not really. It is a structured program with meals and classes, for adults 18 and over. It is near Coligny Beach, but the stay is built around the program.
