Grandchildren can visit: guests under 19 use the amenities with an adult, and a household can bring up to six guests at a time.

What a Lease Includes

Renting a home here usually means renting the lifestyle too: the listings offer tenants the community’s amenities, from the Paradise Pool and Lake Latitude Club to the fitness centers, the restaurant and bar, live music in the town square and the clubs. Garages are the norm, often with room for a golf cart, which is how residents get around inside the gates. Some homes welcome dogs and there is a dog park, but pets are the owner’s call, so ask on any home you like.

Rent First, Then Buy

Hardeeville, Not Hilton Head Island

Despite the name, the community is in Hardeeville, in Jasper County, off US 278 near I-95, and every rental has a Hardeeville, SC 29927 address.
