The Hilton Head Island Italian Heritage Festival is a one-day October celebration run by the Italian-American Club of Hilton Head Island. It is held on the grounds of the Coastal Discovery Museum at Honey Horn, and the 2026 festival, the 16th, is on Saturday, Oct. 17, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
