SeaCrest Oceanfront Resort, also listed as Sea Crest Villas, is an oceanfront villa complex at 10 North Forest Beach Drive, on the north end of Forest Beach. Three five-story buildings sit around landscaped water gardens, with parking under the buildings and elevators to the floors. Two of the buildings face the ocean or look out over it; the third looks onto the gardens.
Two oceanfront pools, a hot tub and a kiddie pool sit on the beach side, and Pool Bar Jim’s, a seasonal beach bar and grill, is on the property. Coligny Plaza is directly across the street and Coligny Beach Park is a short walk.
Not the SeaCrest Restaurant
The resort shares its name with SeaCrest Restaurant and Terrace, the oceanfront restaurant at the Sonesta Resort in Shipyard, a few miles up the beach. The two are not connected: the villas are on North Forest Beach Drive, and the restaurant is inside Shipyard’s gate.
Getting There and Parking
The address for check-in directions is 10 North Forest Beach Drive, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928, at the Coligny end of North Forest Beach Drive. Parking is in the gated area under the buildings; ask your rental company how many spaces come with the villa. The public lot at Coligny Beach Park is the fallback for a second car.
Booking Sea Crest Villas
The villas are owned one by one. Beach Properties of Hilton Head runs a rental program for the resort on its own SeaCrest website, and Seashore Vacations also lists villas here. Bedrooms, views, pet rules and minimum stays differ from villa to villa, so check the listing for the one you want.
