How a booking works
After the first deposit you receive a rental agreement to sign electronically. The final balance is charged automatically to the card on file on the final payment date, and a confirmation email follows with check-in information. Before arrival you get instructions for the company’s guest mobile app. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM; if the home is ready earlier, the office texts you.
Cancellations and insurance
Before the final payment date, a cancellation refunds your payments less the nonrefundable reservation fee and any travel insurance you bought. After the final payment date there is no refund unless the company rebooks the home. Optional travel insurance through RedSky costs 7.75% of the reservation total plus tax. The full policy is in the rental agreement, so read it before you pay.
