The Beach House is the oceanfront hotel at 1 South Forest Beach Drive, beside Coligny Beach on the south end of the island. Its official name is Beach House Hilton Head Island, and people also look for it as the Beach House resort or the Beach House hotel. It is not Disney’s Beach House, the beach club for Disney’s resort guests.
The hotel has had a few names. It opened as the Holiday Inn Oceanfront, was a Holiday Inn Resort until it was renovated and renamed in 2012, and has been run by Northview Hotel Group since 2013. People still search for it as the Holiday Inn on Coligny Beach.
