What to Order at E-Tang

The soup dumplings are the dish people mention most, and the Peking duck is the other. Reviewers also like the eggplant in garlic sauce, mapo tofu, wonton in chili oil, pan-fried dumplings, sesame chicken, fried rice and the daily specials, including a seafood combo one diner called incredible. E-Tang is open Monday and Thursday through Sunday from 11 a.m., and Tuesday and Wednesday from 4 p.m., closing around 9:15 to 9:30 p.m. Reservations are available through the reserve button above, which is worth using for a group, and you can call (843) 715-3133.
