Some companies heat pools only in certain months. For a spring or fall stay, ask whether heat is offered on your dates.
Is there a spa?
Some pool homes have a hot tub beside the pool. Ask whether heating the spa is part of the pool-heat fee.
In-ground or plunge?
A plunge pool is a small pool for cooling off, not for swimming laps. The listing photos usually show which one a home has.

Many can be, for an extra fee. Several companies charge for pool heat, and some offer it only in certain months, so ask before a spring, fall or winter stay.
