Windsor Place I and II are oceanfront condo buildings in Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head, with ocean and pool views from private balconies. Windsor Place II is the name most renters search for. Both sit along the beach among lagoons, fountains and live oaks.

The Windsor Place Condos

Units have private balconies with ocean and pool views, gas grills, WiFi and flat-screen TVs. The building has an elevator and a covered parking garage.

Pools and Beach Access at Windsor Place

There are two large oceanfront pools, seasonally heated, and one includes a kids’ pool with a graduated entry and a mushroom-shaped waterfall. A hot tub, a large sundeck, poolside restrooms and showers, and a covered pavilion with a grilling area complete it. A private boardwalk leads from the complex to the beach.

Elevator Work and Who Rents Windsor Place

The elevator is scheduled to be out of service from November 2026 through March 2027 while it is replaced, so ask about the floor if you book in that window. Units are rented by the resort’s own program and by independent companies.

Palmetto Dunes is gated. Guests in a resort-managed rental get their car passes at check-in, and if you book with another company, ask how passes work before you arrive. The full rules are in the Palmetto Dunes guide.
