Vacation Time of Hilton Head Island, Inc. (vthhi.com) has rented vacation homes on the island for more than forty years and lists nearly 150 of them today. The mix includes villas at Seaside Villas, Seascape Villas, Ocean Dunes Villas, Carolina Beach Club and Plantation Club Villas, plus about twenty other named properties. HHI.com lists its units at Bluff Villas in Sea Pines and in Shelter Cove, including Captain’s Quarters.
Picking up keys and checking in
Vacation Time does check-in at its office. Check-in times run from 4 PM until the office closes at 5:30 PM; if you will arrive later, call by 4 PM that day to arrange it. Keys are issued at the registration desk against a credit card imprint, and check-out is at 10 AM with keys, fobs and amenity cards returned to the office. Vacation Time of HHI takes a 50% deposit at booking and the balance 30 days before arrival. Pets are generally not allowed, with a handful of dog-friendly homes as the exception.
