How booking works

You book on the company’s own site or by phone. A card deposit confirms the reservation and the balance is due 30 days before arrival; a stay booked within 30 days of arrival is paid in full at booking. Pets need an added fee that depends on the length of stay, and the cancellation windows are set out on the company’s rental policies page, so read them before you book.
