South Beach Villas are the big townhouse-style villas at South Beach, the southern tip of Sea Pines, between the beach and South Beach Marina Village. They are the largest villas at this end of Sea Pines, three and four bedrooms, which suits families and groups who want the beach and the marina without renting a whole house.

The Villas
The villas are two-story townhouses with a deck or porch at the back, and some have a bedroom on the ground floor. The resort’s four-bedroom units sleep eight to ten. A path runs from the complex to the beach, and there is a community pool. The resort’s listings mark complex pools closed from October to April.
The resort’s units ran from about $260 to $740 a night before taxes and fees. Neither allowed pets.
