Heritage Villas is a complex of townhouses at 101 to 107 Lighthouse Road, on the edge of Harbour Town in Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island, SC. The villas have two to four bedrooms, some on three levels, and look out on golf, lagoons or tennis; a few overlook the first fairway of Harbour Town Golf Links, about a two-minute walk away.
It is not Marriott's Heritage Club, the timeshare resort in Harbour Town. Heritage Villas are privately owned townhouses rented one by one.
Booking Heritage Villas
The villas are rented by The Sea Pines Resort and Sea Turtle Getaways, and the Sea Pines Resort has around 40 of them in its program. A few are pet-friendly. There is a large community pool, which closes from October to April with the deck still open.
