Weddings at The Sea Pines Resort

A Sea Pines Resort wedding can happen almost anywhere in the resort: on the beach, on the 18th hole of Harbour Town Golf Links, under the Liberty Oak, or in one of the resort’s ballrooms. The resort has its own catering and wedding team for the ceremony, the reception and the weekend around it, and guests can stay inside the gate.

Sea Pines Wedding Venues

• The 18th Lawn at Harbour Town Golf Links: beside the final hole of the RBC Heritage course, with the lighthouse in view.

• The beach: the resort lists the Sea Pines beach among its ceremony sites.

• The Liberty Oak: the old oak at the center of Harbour Town, best known for Gregg Russell’s summer concerts.

• The Atlantic Room: a room at the Sea Pines Beach Club.

• The Champions Ballroom: the ballroom at the Harbour Town Clubhouse.

• The Magnolia Room and the Heritage Room: two more resort rooms for receptions, dinners and brunches.

The Whole Weekend

Beyond the day itself, the resort plans rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, bridal luncheons, a day out for each side of the wedding party, and farewell brunches. Its own suggestion is a beachside welcome party at the Beach Club and a farewell brunch in the Heritage Room. Sea Pines Catering, which has fed wedding guests here for more than 60 years, handles the food.

How to Start

The resort takes wedding inquiries through a request-for-proposal form on its weddings page, where it also posts the current year’s wedding promotion and packages.
