Fraser’s Tavern at the Plantation Golf Club
Fraser’s Tavern is the restaurant and bar inside the Plantation Golf Club in Sea Pines, run by The Sea Pines Resort. It is named for the Fraser family, who built Sea Pines, and it is a casual, big-windowed room looking over the Heron Point and Atlantic Dunes courses.
You do not need to be playing golf to eat here. Frasers Sea Pines is a sports-on-the-TVs tavern with a real smokehouse, open from breakfast to dinner, and it is one of the more relaxed sit-down options in the plantation.
Fraser’s Tavern Menu: The Smokehouse and More
The Fraser’s Tavern menu is Southern barbecue and Lowcountry cooking. The smokehouse turns out brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs and pork belly burnt ends, and the rest of the menu covers fried chicken, signature burgers and shrimp lumpia. Saturday is Prime Rib Night, with a 12-ounce cut for dine-in or pickup. There is a kids menu, and the resort’s current menu is behind the menu button above.
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
Mornings are grab-and-go breakfast, from 7 to 11 a.m., for golfers heading out; lunch and dinner are full service. The resort recommends reservations, through Resy or by phone at 843-842-1441, though they are not required. Pets are welcome on the patio, and the resort runs pint nights and brewery tap takeovers through the year.
Getting There
