The Harbour Town Clubhouse is the clubhouse of Harbour Town Golf Links, home of the RBC Heritage, in Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island. It is a 26,000-square-foot, three-storey building with white columns and two levels of porches, overlooking the 9th green, a short walk from the Harbour Town marina and lighthouse. It is open to the public, not only to golfers: inside are a restaurant, the pro shop, a museum about the course’s designer, a 4,000-square-foot locker room and a set of meeting and event rooms.

What’s Inside the Harbour Town Clubhouse
Links, an American Grill is the clubhouse restaurant, with indoor and outdoor seating over the course. It is open to everyone for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and golfers can also eat in the locker room before or after a round.
The pro shop carries Peter Millar, TravisMathew, Ralph Lauren Golf, FootJoy, Imperial and Titleist, plus merchandise from the course and the RBC Heritage and the resort’s own tartan plaid. It opens at 6:30 a.m. and closes at 5:30 p.m.
The Pete Dye Room is a small museum, not an event room. Its exhibits, videos, photographs and awards follow the career of Pete Dye, who designed the course outside, and how he built it. Visitors to the clubhouse can walk through it.
The professionals’ locker room is 4,000 square feet and open to golfers all year, not only during the tournament. The rest of the building has a living-room lounge, a curved staircase, reclaimed white oak floors and wrap-around porches.

Meeting and Event Rooms
The clubhouse is one of the resort’s main meeting and wedding venues, with the resort’s own catering. The Champions Ballroom is the largest room at 4,600 square feet, with 330 seats at banquet tables; the resort quotes up to 250 guests for a wedding reception.
The smaller rooms are named for golfers: the Stewart and Watson rooms at 1,550 square feet each (120 at banquet tables), the Irwin and Palmer rooms at 770 square feet each, which open into one 1,550-square-foot room, the Davis Love III Boardroom (640 square feet, 45 guests) and the Jack Nicklaus Room for 20. When Was the Harbour Town Clubhouse Built?
The clubhouse opened in April 2015. The old clubhouse was torn down after the 2014 RBC Heritage, and the new building went up on the same site in under 10 months, in time for the 2015 tournament, with the course open for play the whole time. It added a third floor and connected to the conference center next door.
Getting to the Harbour Town Clubhouse
The clubhouse is at 11 Lighthouse Lane, inside the Sea Pines gate, next to The Inn & Club at Harbour Town. Visitors not staying in Sea Pines pay the gate fee, $10 per day for a standard car.
