The Sea Pines Caramel Apple Festival

The Caramel Apple Festival is a two-hour family afternoon at Heritage Farm in Sea Pines, run each November by The Sea Pines Recreation Department. In 2026 it is on Friday, November 27, the day after Thanksgiving, from 1 to 3 p.m.

What Happens at the Caramel Apple Festival

Caramel apples are the centerpiece, and around them there are games, crafts, face painting and a bounce house. It is a small, low-key afternoon under the oaks rather than a fair, and it suits children young enough that a caramel apple and a bounce house make the day.

Tickets

Tickets are sold two ways: per apple, or as an all-inclusive ticket that covers an apple and the activities. Book through the resort’s event page, or call the Recreation Department at (843) 842-1979. Prices are set each year and are listed when you book.

Heritage Farm

Heritage Farm, at 185 Greenwood Drive, is a community farm founded in 1983. Sea Pines property owners rent garden plots there behind a deer fence, and four plots grow vegetables for local charities. It is next door to Lawton Stables, so the ponies and the animal farm are an easy add-on, and it is also where the resort’s Forest Preserve wagon rides start. Please stay out of the members’ plots.

Make a Day of It

The same evening, Gregg Russell plays one of his holiday concerts under the Liberty Oak in Harbour Town, 7:30 to 9 p.m., and it is free. The rest of the season’s dates are on our Sea Pines events page.

Getting There

Heritage Farm is inside the Sea Pines gate. Unless you own property there, are a resort guest or have a Sea Pines rental booking, the gate fee is $10 per day for a standard vehicle. The farm is on Greenwood Drive, beside Lawton Stables.
