Plantation Club Villas is a villa complex on Lighthouse Road in the middle of Sea Pines on Hilton Head, most of it looking out over the Atlantic Dunes golf course. It sits next to the Plantation Golf Club clubhouse, and its nearest buildings are under half a mile from the Sea Pines Beach Club, close enough to walk.
It is one of the villa and home rentals in Sea Pines we cover. The resort alone had 27 units here in its rental program.
The Villas
Units are two or three bedrooms and sleep four to eight. The buildings have elevators, which is not a given in Sea Pines. Most units face the golf course; a few have only a partial view.
The resort’s units ran from about $185 to $565 a night before taxes and fees. Three of its 27 allowed a dog, under the resort’s one-dog, 50-pound rule.
Pools and Getting Around
Two pools and a children’s pool on site, open roughly April through September. The resort’s listings mark complex pools closed October to April, with decks open.
The Sea Pines Beach Club is a walk or a short bike ride.
Harbour Town and the shops and restaurants at the Sea Pines Center are a bike ride; the resort bike shop is next to the Plantation Golf Club. See Sea Pines bike rentals.
The Sea Pines Plantation Club: Villas or Golf Club?
“Plantation Club” gets used for two neighbours. Plantation Club Villas is this complex of rental villas. The Plantation Golf Club is the resort’s clubhouse next door, which serves the Atlantic Dunes and Heron Point courses and holds Fraser’s Tavern. If you are after a tee time or dinner, you want the golf club; if you want a place to stay, you want the villas.
