Black and Blue Charters is a family fishing name on Hilton Head. Captain Stratton Pollitzer is the third generation: his father Christiaan captains the Bulldog, and his late grandfather Stratty ran the Hero for more than 40 years. Stratton runs the Black & Blue, a custom 30-foot Blackfin with new 300 hp Suzuki outboards, seating, shade and an onboard restroom. Bait, tackle, ice and fishing licenses are all provided.
