The Broad Creek Landing Neighborhood
Broad Creek Landing is a neighborhood of about 330 homes and lots, grouped by street: Forest Cove is the largest, then Three Mast Lane, Anchorage Point, Compass Point and Shipwatch Point, with a run of lots on Quartermaster Lane. The condos for sale lately have been two- and three-bedroom units of about 1,000 to 1,600 square feet, built in the 1980s.
Each group has its own amenities. Between them are pools, tennis courts, a clubhouse, a playground and trails, and Compass Point has a guard gate. Listings say Anchorage Point has a private deepwater dock on Broad Creek.
