Brighton Bay Villas is a community of condos and townhomes on Paddle Boat Lane and Helmsman Way, on the south end of Hilton Head Island, where Broad Creek meets the marina. It is made up of Brighton Bay I and Brighton Bay II, with roughly 150 homes, and every home for sale there now was built in 2002. This is Brighton Bay in Hilton Head, SC 29928, not the Bluffton address with a similar name.

Homes for sale here run from one-bedroom flats of about 590 square feet to three-bedroom townhomes of about 1,480 square feet, with two-bedroom homes in between. Views are of the pool, the marsh and Broad Creek, and some of the larger homes have a garage on the ground floor. They are filed as condominiums.

Residents share a pool, a clubhouse, a fitness center, a barbecue area and a vehicle wash area. Ask the association for its monthly fee, what the fee covers and its rental rules before you make an offer. We leave them off this page because the association does not publish them where we can check.
