Every home has its own property manager, who looks after the move-in, stays your contact through the lease and handles the move-out. Rent is paid through an online tenant portal that can take it automatically each month, and repair requests go through the same portal to a full-time maintenance manager who is on call around the clock.

The office is open weekdays from 8:30 to 5. Some listings set a one-year minimum lease, so check the terms on the home you want.
