Oakview’s streets are Silver Oak Drive, Silver Oak Circle and Gold Oak Drive. Gold Oak Drive and Sterling Pointe Drive also go by the name Sterling Pointe, so an address there may be written either way. The homes for sale were built in 2004 and 2005, three bedrooms and about 2,000 to 2,300 square feet, and the listings name a dock and a pool among the shared amenities.
