Bailey’s Cove New Homes by Dream Finders
Bailey’s Cove has four streets, Heartleaf Road, Lone Cypress Trail, Sweetspire Lane and Burl Wood Court, and about 80 homesites. Dream Finders Homes builds the houses: four or five bedrooms, about 2,000 to 2,440 square feet, each with a two-car garage. The first were finished in 2025, and many lots look out over the marsh or a lagoon. The builder lists townhomes as coming soon.
