The Preston Health Center is the Medicare-certified skilled nursing center on the campus of The Cypress of Hilton Head, at 87 Birdsong Way inside Hilton Head Plantation. It gives short-term rehab, long-term care and respite stays, and it is open to people who do not live at The Cypress as well as to residents, who come first.
Rehab, Long-Term Care and The Dogwood
Physical, occupational and speech therapy are offered seven days a week, and the team includes physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and dietitians. Rooms are private or semi-private, there is a spa for supervised bathing, and the meals come from The Cypress’s kitchen. The Dogwood is Preston’s neighborhood for memory care, with private suites and 24-hour supervision.
