What visitors use it for

Many of the people who write about it were visiting. They describe leaving a dog for a few days of daycare on a day when it was too hot to take the dog along, or boarding a small dog overnight at short notice, and the staff learning each dog's name. There is a cat room, so it is one of the few places to board a cat while you are away.
