One monthly price covers three meals a day with a 24-hour chef’s pantry, weekly housekeeping, utilities including cable TV, Wi-Fi and a phone line, scheduled transportation, and maintenance and repairs. Residents can also stay at the company’s other communities around the country through its travel program.
Apartments and Amenities
Apartments run from studios to three bedrooms, each with a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, walk-in closets and its own heating and air conditioning. The building has a 150-seat theater, a fitness center, a billiards room, an arts and crafts room, a library and a salon. Cats, dogs and other pets are welcome.
Okatie Pines is not an assisted-living community.
