Studios run from about 325 to 571 square feet and one-bedrooms from about 460 to 706, and there are separate cottages for more privacy. Monthly rent includes the private apartment, three chef-prepared meals a day, housekeeping and linen service, scheduled local transportation, building and grounds upkeep, basic utilities and a daily calendar of events. A resident kitchen lounge has a stove, oven and refrigerator. Care and medication management are not part of the rent; physical and occupational therapy are available on site.
