About AutoNation Hilton Head
AutoNation is a national dealership group, and every store it runs near Hilton Head is in Hardeeville, on Auto Mall Boulevard and Drivers Way. Each store carries the Hilton Head name, but none is on the island and there is no AutoNation store in Bluffton. Five of the six sell new cars from one brand each; AutoNation USA Hilton Head sells used cars only. Porsche Hilton Head, which opened in July 2026, is AutoNation’s too, though it doesn’t use the AutoNation name.
Most of the stores keep the same sales hours: 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. on weekdays and 9 to 6 on Saturday, closed on Sunday. The Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and Porsche stores also list service hours, 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and 8 to 4 on Saturday. Getting There from the Island
Leave the island on US 278 over the bridges and stay on it past Bluffton and SC 170. The Hardeeville auto mall is about 12 miles from the mainland end of the bridges, just off US 278. Hyundai, Volkswagen and Porsche are on Auto Mall Boulevard; Subaru, Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and AutoNation USA are around the corner on Drivers Way. Summer traffic on US 278 can make the drive longer than the miles suggest.
