One walk-in clinic in each part of the island: Sea Pines Circle Immediate Care and the Pope Avenue MinuteClinic on the south end, Novant Health Urgent Care on William Hilton Parkway mid-island, and Main Street Medical on the north end. Moss Creek Orthopedic Urgent Care is on US 278 on the mainland side, before the bridges.

Doctors Care on William Hilton Parkway became Novant Health Urgent Care, and many locals still use the old name. Prisma Health is taking over the Novant urgent care clinics this fall, so the name on the door and the phone number can change. It is the same building at 845 William Hilton Pkwy. Sea Pines Circle Immediate Care, Novant Health Urgent Care and Main Street Medical take walk-ins, and Moss Creek Orthopedic Urgent Care says no appointment is necessary. The MinuteClinic is the exception: it books a time slot online. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card and a list of your medications.

Sea Pines Circle Immediate Care is 2 Greenwood Drive, just outside the Sea Pines gate at the Sea Pines Circle, and the Pope Avenue MinuteClinic is 0.2 miles from it. For a rental inside Sea Pines, these two are the closest. Novant Health Urgent Care is 2.2 miles from the circle.

For Palmetto Dunes and Shelter Cove rentals, Novant Health Urgent Care at 845 William Hilton Pkwy is the nearest clinic and open the latest. Main Street Medical is 3.1 miles north.
