Hampton Hall Bluffton SC: A Private Club Community

Hampton Hall is private, and the gate is staffed, so there is no drive-through and no public tee time or table. A visitor comes in as a resident’s or a member’s guest. Directions run from Buckwalter Parkway, and the community sits close to the rest of Bluffton: the Bluffton guide covers Old Town and everything else around it.

Every resident of Hampton Hall is a social member of the club. Membership covers the member, the spouse and dependent children under 23, and the social dues are what fund the homeowners association, so the two costs come as one. Social membership includes a limited number of golf rounds a year, six, and full golf is a separate membership.
