Pinecrest: Homes and Golf in Bluffton, SC

A lagoon between green fairways at Pinecrest, with a golf cart in front and a line of pines and homes beyond

Pinecrest is a Bluffton neighborhood of single-family homes and patio homes laid out around a golf course, where Buckwalter Parkway meets Bluffton Parkway. Its homes for sale are listed below.

The Crossings, The Woodlands and The Gables

Centex built Pinecrest as one master-planned community in three parts. The Crossings has the larger houses, many looking over a lagoon or a fairway. The Woodlands has mid-size one- and two-story homes backing onto woods or the course. The Gables has smaller patio homes, with the front yards kept up for the owners. Most of the homes went up in the mid-2000s, around the time the golf course opened.

The community sits on both sides of Bluffton Parkway, with a tunnel under the road for golf carts, walkers and bikes, and the public school campus right next door.
