USCB Bluffton
USCB Bluffton is the main campus of the University of South Carolina Beaufort, at One University Boulevard, Bluffton, SC 29909, west of Old Town. The campus opened in 2004. The university has three campuses, Bluffton, Beaufort and Hilton Head Island, and enrolls a little over 2,000 students.
What's on campus
The Bluffton campus has the Science & Technology building, the library, the Hargray administrative building (bursar, financial aid, registrar), athletics and a recreation center. The Campus Center has dining, a convenience store and student lounges. Palmetto Village, nine residence buildings of furnished apartments, is on-campus housing, with buildings set aside for freshmen.
Programs
Most of USCB's academic programs are taught in Bluffton, including biology, business administration, communication studies, education, English, nursing, psychology, public health and sociology. The Beaufort campus teaches history, marine biology and visual art; the Hilton Head Island campus holds upper-level Hospitality Management classes.
