Most listings sit in and around Wilson Village, the walkable center with the village green, the river, shops and cafés. Some are cottages of two or three bedrooms in the Wilson Cottages neighborhood, near the Wilson Lawn & Racquet Club; others are larger homes for groups, sometimes a main house with a separate cottage joined by a breezeway, a few minutes’ walk from the village. Moreland Village, the quieter second village, has homes too.

Club and amenity access. Much of the community, including the golf, the Canoe Club and the Palmetto Bluff Club, is for members. Ask the host in writing what a rental guest can use before you book on the strength of a photo.
