Simplicity Cremation in Bluffton

Simplicity Cremation Bluffton is a cremation office in a small office plaza on Sherington Drive, opened in 2019. It belongs to Simplicity Lowcountry, a group of funeral homes in the Altogether network, the same group that owns The Island Funeral Home on Hilton Head. It arranges cremations, immediate burials and pre-need plans, in person, by phone or online, and families can see their loved one privately for identification. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9 to 5, and an answering service takes calls at any hour.

There is no chapel or reception room. Families who want a funeral or memorial service hold it at a church, a club or at home, or at another Simplicity Lowcountry location. For a full-service funeral home with a chapel and cemetery, see Sauls Funeral Home.

Prices

Its published price for a direct cremation is $1,330, about half what the Hilton Head funeral homes list, and an immediate burial is $3,350. Payment plans are available. Every funeral home must give you its itemized price list when you ask, so it is fair to compare before you decide; our guide to Bluffton funeral homes and Hilton Head funeral homes cover the rest.
