The Greens is a complex of two-story townhomes at 113 Shipyard Drive, set on the Galleon fairways of Shipyard Golf Club across the road from the Van der Meer tennis center in Shipyard, Hilton Head Island. It has a renovated community pool with a bathhouse, and the Shipyard Beach Club is about half a mile away on foot.

The Townhomes
The villas are attached two-story townhouses with courtyard entries and rear decks, and walls between neighbors keep them private. They have one, two or three bedrooms in roughly 1,200 to 1,900 square feet, and in many of the larger ones a bedroom is on the ground floor. Views are of the golf course or the lagoons.
Location
The Beach Club is about half a mile on foot, the Van der Meer courts are across the road, and Seacrest Restaurant & Terrace at the Sonesta Resort is a short walk. Coligny Plaza is just outside the Pope Avenue gate.
Booking The Greens
Villas are owned one by one and rented by several companies, including Hilton Head Rentals, host2coast and Sunset Rentals, and many are also on Vrbo. Pet rules differ from villa to villa, so check the listing. Shipyard is gated. Whoever you book with authorizes a pass for your stay, which you pick up at the Pope Avenue gate or the US 278 gate. Staying inside the gate also gives you use of the Shipyard Beach Club.
