Colonnade Club is a complex of 72 villas on Colonnade Drive in Shipyard, on Hilton Head Island. The villas look out over the golf course and a lagoon from their balconies, and the grounds have a pool and spa that are heated in season, a pool house and gas grills.
It is one of the Shipyard rentals we cover, a good fit for a group that wants a pool and spa of its own and does not mind a short walk to the beach.
The Villas
Villas have two or three bedrooms, full kitchens and balconies. In many of them both the living room and the main bedroom open onto the balcony, facing the course or the lagoon. There are no elevators, so an upper-floor villa means stairs.
Location
The beach is about half a mile away, reached on foot or by bike along a path to the Shipyard Beach Club. The Van der Meer tennis center and Shipyard Golf Club are a short ride inside the gate, and Coligny Plaza is just outside the Pope Avenue gate.
Booking Colonnade Club
Villas are owned one by one and rented by several companies, including Hilton Head Properties & Rentals, Hilton Head Rentals, host2coast and Sunset Rentals, and many are also on Vrbo. Each owner sets the pet rules and the minimum stay. Shipyard is gated. Whoever you book with authorizes a pass for your stay, which you pick up at the Pope Avenue gate or the US 278 gate. Staying inside the gate also gives you use of the Shipyard Beach Club.
