Evian is less a single complex than a small neighborhood inside Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island. Two-story pastel stucco buildings of villas are set around a five-acre lake with a gazebo, benches and a sweeping footbridge, and the neighborhood has its own large pool and six tennis courts. Villas look over the water or the fairways.

The Villas
