Paul Riganas and his wife Star bought the restaurant in 2001 and added Greek specialties that are still on the menu. There are Northern touches too, including scrapple and pork roll, and reviewers mention funnel cake fries as a sweet extra. Their daughter, Star Wozniak, joined the business full time in 2016.
