FARM Bluffton
FARM Bluffton is a farm-to-table restaurant in Old Town Bluffton, at 1301 May River Road, and one of the most consistently praised places to eat in town. It opened in 2016 from chef Brandon Carter, farmer Ryan Williamson and Josh Heaton, who runs the front of house and the cocktails. Much of the produce comes from Williamson’s five-acre Lowcountry Farms in Bluffton, and the menu changes with the harvest. It is small and snug, so reservations matter.

What to Order at FARM Bluffton
The dinner menu is seasonal and Southern, so dishes come and go as ingredients do. Diners return to the brown butter cornbread and the crab rice, and regulars order whatever crudo is on offer and the roasted or chilled oysters. Groups sometimes choose a chef’s tasting menu so no one has to decide. A separate vegetarian dinner menu is offered, and the cocktail list runs to house creations such as the Open Sesame.
