Giuseppi’s Pizza & Pasta House is the pizza place in The Plaza at Shelter Cove, at 50 Shelter Cove Lane. The owners grew up in Pittsburgh, and the restaurant is built around that: pizza from dough made every day, a sports bar with 14 TVs, and a room that calls itself the island’s home to Steeler Nation. What to Order at Giuseppi’s

Pizza first, then wings: those are the two things reviewers come back for, along with the calzones, a cauliflower-crust pizza and the garlic dough dippers. The pasta side of the menu covers lasagna, spaghetti marinara, chicken parmesan and ravioli, and there are sandwiches and salads. The house specialty is what Giuseppi’s calls Weggies. There is a full bar with more than 16 beers on tap and a happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday.

On a fall Sunday the TVs carry NFL Sunday Ticket, and the Big Ten Network is on through the college season, so book a table for game time. Reservations are through Resy (the Reserve button above).
