Yacht Club Villas is a gated condominium of 43 villas at 7 Shelter Cove Lane, landscaped grounds that border the yacht basin at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina on Hilton Head Island. From the upper floors the view runs across the marina and on to Broad Creek.

The Villas
The villas are condos owned one by one, many of them two- or three-bedroom units with a bath for each bedroom, and the top floors carry penthouses. Owners have remodeled many of them, so check the photos of the villa you are booking rather than the building.
On the Yacht Basin
The building sits right on the marina, between Mainsail and Captains Quarters, with its pool looking onto the water. Sunsets set behind the marina from the west-facing balconies, and in summer the Tuesday fireworks go up over the harbour.
Getting to the Beach
The beach is across William Hilton Parkway in Palmetto Dunes. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy, the free seasonal shuttle that also serves Shelter Cove, runs guests across William Hilton Parkway to the Palmetto Dunes beach, golf and tennis. Owners share the Palmetto Dunes amenities, and the association sends owners to the Palmetto Dunes pass office for passes; renters should ask whoever they book with how beach access works for guests.
