Pure Salt Studios is a small wellness spa under the arcade at Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina. The centrepiece is a room lined with glowing Himalayan salt bricks, with a salt floor and reclining chairs, for 45-minute dry-salt sessions. There are private infrared saunas and a cold plunge, and the studio sells them singly or as packages, such as a salt session with a sauna, or a sauna followed by the plunge.
Massage and Classes
Massage, including couples massage, is given in the salt room, and the studio holds yoga, meditation, sound-bath and Reiki classes and private group events. The front of the studio is a small shop. It pitches itself at visitors winding down after golf, pickleball or a day of sightseeing, and books by the session online.
