The pharmacy counters keep much shorter hours than the stores. Island Crossing’s pharmacy is open 10 to 6, Monday to Saturday, and closed on Sunday. Hatton Place’s is open 9 to 6 on weekdays only. No. Island Crossing used to be listed as a 24-hour store, and some websites still say so, but it closes at midnight. The Walgreens stores in Bluffton and Savannah are not open around the clock either. After midnight, the only medical help on the island is the Hilton Head Medical Center emergency room.
Both stores offer prescription delivery and curbside pickup, and a Walgreens customer from home can have a prescription filled here from the app.
