Where it is
Get directionsThe Windsor Place Condos
Units have private balconies with ocean and pool views, gas grills, WiFi and flat-screen TVs. The building has an elevator and a covered parking garage.
Pools and Beach Access at Windsor Place
There are two large oceanfront pools, seasonally heated, and one includes a kids’ pool with a graduated entry and a mushroom-shaped waterfall. A hot tub, a large sundeck, poolside restrooms and showers, and a covered pavilion with a grilling area complete it. A private boardwalk leads from the complex to the beach.
Elevator Work and Who Rents Windsor Place
The elevator is scheduled to be out of service from November 2026 through March 2027 while it is replaced, so ask about the floor if you book in that window. Units are rented by the resort’s own program and by independent companies.
Palmetto Dunes is gated. Guests in a resort-managed rental get their car passes at check-in, and if you book with another company, ask how passes work before you arrive. The full rules are in the Palmetto Dunes guide.

What reviewers say
Guests like a location right on the beach, an inviting pool that kids love, covered parking, and grounds that are quiet and well kept. One guest says it suits families with young children. The condos are individually owned, so furnishings vary. The complaints are about individual units: one guest found filthy floors, bugs in the bed and a management team that shrugged it off, and another gave two stars because for the price they expected top-shelf upkeep. One guest with a good management company noted others in the complex have had worse experiences.
