How Court Differs From Arms and Park
The pool and beach access are shared, and the view is what changes. Barrington Arms is the building next to the pool, with a mix of oceanfront and ocean-view units, and Barrington Park looks over ponds and the resort. Court is the one where every balcony faces the ocean.
Who Rents Barrington Court and Elevator Work
Units are rented by the resort’s own program and by independent companies. The resort’s minimum stay is three to seven nights or more. The operator plans to take the elevator out of service for about eight weeks starting in January 2027, with a return expected in March 2027, and says the dates are estimates. Ask about it if you book for that stretch.
