Port Tack runs through the inland side of Palmetto Dunes' nautical-name streets, crossing Off Shore, Down Wind and Lookout and meeting Full Sweep and Sea Lane. Being close to the main gate makes errands easy: Shelter Cove, with its shops, restaurants and marina, is a short drive out the gate, and the Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront course is about 0.6 mi away.
