Heritage Vacations is the rental arm of The Club Group, whose office is on Lighthouse Road in Sea Pines. It rents 15 villas, all in Sea Pines: three each at Spicebush, Swallowtail and Plantation Club, two at Night Heron, and one each at Racquet Club, Ketch Court, Twin Oaks and Port Villas. Spicebush and Swallowtail are villashare communities, so those villas rent when owners' weeks are free. Nine villas have two bedrooms and six have three.
Booking and check-in
Villas book online, where each listing shows its dates, sleeping arrangements and amenities, and every villa has a pool on site. On arrival, buy a Sea Pines gate pass at the gate (ask for the weekly rental pass) and pick up your welcome packet at the Harbour Town Yacht Club. Check-in runs from 7 AM to 9 PM in season; arriving later, follow the instructions in your confirmation. The Sea Pines guest pass office guide has the gate fees.
